Defect
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Cedar Creek fifth wheel recreational trailers. The sleeper sofa may block the bunkroom door.
Risk / consequence
A blocked door can prevent or delay occupants from exiting during an emergency, increasing their risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will correct the swing of the bunkroom door, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 2, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-825-4995. Forest River's number for this recall is 20-2098.
