Defect

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2026 Impact and Carbon recreational trailers equipped with 3000 series patio rail kits. The kits may be missing the angle brackets and the footman loops, preventing the gap panels from being properly attached.

Risk / consequence

Improperly secured panels can increase the risk of injury.

Remedy

Dealers will install the missing components, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 22, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-477. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning January 28, 2026.

    12/02/25 - All affected models not shipped were put on hold for repair

    12/02/25 – Investigation concluded and scope completed.
