Seat Fasteners May Damage Propane Hoses

REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Holiday Rambler Invicta, and Fleetwood Fortis recreational vehicles, equipped with the theater seat option. The theater seat fasteners may have damaged the Liquid Propane (LP) hoses, causing a propane leak.

Risk / consequence

A propane gas leak increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy

Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures until the remedy is completed. Dealers will inspect and replace any damaged hoses, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 1, 2025. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 251003REV.

Chronology of events

1. · 9/11 – RRG received a dealer inquiry with complaint of LP leak under the theater seat due to a screw through a bracket under the seat.

2. · 9/12 – Follow up with the dealer resulted in recreation of the issue at RRG Decatur.

3. · 9/15 – Discussed issue with RRG Engineering. Reviewed prints and a unit in manufacturing without the theater seat (or unit with the standard sofa option). It was determined by the engineering review that the standard sofa option is not in scope as the bracket configuration was different and that the issue was only with the theater seat option. Initiated a stop ship.

4. · 9/15 – Warranty claims were reviewed. No previous claims were found.

5. · 9/17 - Engineering and Manufacturing conducted a product review with the seat supplier.

6. · 9/19 - Engineering determined the bracket was not needed for the theater seat option.

7. · 9/23 - RRG safety team reviewed the findings 9/24 - Sent data to Corporate Safety committee for review.
