Rear Gate Pins Missing From Leg Support Bracket

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025 Carbon, Fuzion, and Raptor toy hauler recreational trailers. The rear gate pins and/or leg support bracket may be missing, allowing the gate to shift during operation.

Risk / consequence

A rear gate that shifts or patio stairs that becomes unstable increase the risk of injury.

Remedy

Dealers will install the gate pins and/or leg support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 4, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-470.

   05/12/2025 – Report was made.

2. May 12, 2025

   05/12/2025 – Investigation opened. All affected units not shipped were put on hold and inspected and repaired in the yard.

3. May 12, 2025

   05/12/2025 – Warranty claims for rear gate pins and leg support bracket include 1 claim, claim created start date 05/12/2025 to claim created end date 05/12//2025

4. Jun 6, 2025

   6/06/2025 – Keystone Safety Committee reviewed the information and concluded that the data reviewed indicated a unanimous vote for a voluntary recall. Investigation called for to determine affected unit range.

5. Jun 9, 2025

   6/09/2025 – Investigation concluded, and scope completed.
